General rules and information on the rental:

ALCOHOL: Lakeside Farm does not have a license to serve alcohol.  However, you are allowed to supply your own provided you are pre-approved by Lakeside management and a waiver assuming legal responsibility is signed prior to your event.  Beer kegs cannot be placed in coolers.  The coolers that are provided are not built to handle kegs and they can damage the equipment.  All costumer provided coolers or containers must be leak proof.

SMOKING: There is  NO smoking within the pavilion.

TABLE SETUP AND TAKE DOWN: When utilizing our tables, we ask that two people set up each table.  Tables should never be placed face down on the ground.  The tables legs should be opened while the tables standing on its side.  Once the table legs are opened and locked, the two individuals would lift and stand the table on the ground.  This will ensure the table remains in good working condition for future use.  Any tables or chairs not being used for this event must remain within the building-they cannot be stored outside of the building.

DECORATIONS/SET-UP:  The rental day begins at 8:00 am and runs until 10:00 pm of the same day.  Set-up and decorating can be done on the day of the event.  However, if there is no rental on the previous day you are more than welcome to arrange for decorating or dropping off supplies after Noon.  Similarly, if the pavilion is not rented the next day, items can be left at the pavilion until Noon the following day.  This arrangement would need to be discussed and approved with Lakeside prior to the event.  You are responsible for removing all decorations including tacks, tape, and nails after the conclusion of your event.

RESTRICTIONS: Absolutely no confetti, glitter, or water balloons allowed.

CATERING:  We would be more than happy to assist you with your event. However, if you prefer to do your own catering or bring in your own caterer, you are more than welcome to do so.  Catering is not available after Labor Day.

ENTERTAINMENT: Music is allowed.  Volume needs to be kept in check and respectful of our neighbors.  If you arrange for games such as a "bouncy bounce", you must verify the provider is insured.  Lakeside will not assume responsibility for injuries due to outside vendors.
